Every year since Vastus began, we've taken teams of our members to Battle Cancer.
It's the one competition we come together to support as a gym – not just because it's a fantastic day, but because we believe in what it stands for.

WHAT IS BATTLE CANCER?
Battle Cancer brings people together through fitness to raise money for cancer charities around the world.
​
Teams take on a series of challenging workouts, working together, pushing themselves and raising as much money as they can for causes that matter to them.
​
It's hard work. It's great fun. And every rep has a purpose.
WHY IT MATTERS TO US
Cancer has touched the lives of many people within our community. So each year, Battle Cancer gives us an opportunity to do something positive together.

We train together. We enter teams together. We fundraise together.
​
And we support charities that have a real connection to members of our Vastus community and the people they care about.
That's what makes Battle Cancer about much more than the workout.
TEAM VASTUS
Over the years, loads of Vastus members have pulled on a team shirt and stepped onto the Battle Cancer floor.
For some, it's about competing.

For others, it's their first ever fitness event.
​
But everyone is there for the same reason – to challenge themselves, support their teammates, raise money and have an unforgettable day together.

Different abilities. Different goals. One Vastus team.

We're proud to be a Battle Cancer Affiliate.
It means we can continue to support the event, encourage more of our members to get involved and help raise even more money for cancer charities.

But really, the affiliation simply makes official something we've been doing since the beginning.
