FOUNDATION PACKAGE

ON RAMP
INTrO COURSE
The On Ramp Intro Course is designed for people who are new to CrossFit or returning after time away.
On this 2 hour course, you’ll:
Learn key movements, terminology, and core methodology.
Understand how classes work and how movements are scaled.
Be coached through foundational exercises focusing on good technique.
Build confidence
in a supportive, small-group setting.

WHAT NEXT?
Once you’ve completed the On Ramp Intro Course, your membership starts straight away.
You can then:
• Attend regular CrossFit classes
• Train up to three times per week
• Follow our full weekly class timetable
• Continue progressing with the support of our coaching team
