Gymnastics
Control Your Body, Unlock Your Potential
The gymnastics class is all about developing bodyweight strength, control, and skill.
Each week we work on the foundations — from strict strength work to shaping drills — before layering in more advanced movements such as pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, and beyond.



In this class, you’ll:
BUILD STRENGTH
Build strength and stability through strict bodyweight training
IMPROVE
Improve movement quality with focused drills and progressions
DEVELOP
Develop the skills needed to tackle higher-level gymnastics in CrossFit
