Weightlifting

Our Olympic Weightlifting class is your chance to focus on the clean & jerk and the snatch — two of the most technical and rewarding movements in CrossFit.
In this weekly session, you’ll:
LEARN
Break down the
lifts into manageable progressions
IMPROVE
Improve your technique, timing, and barbell control
BUILD
Build strength and power that transfers directly into your everyday CrossFit workouts
Whether you’re brand new to lifting or want to refine your form to hit new personal bests, this class gives you the focused coaching and time under the bar you need.
Weightlifting is one of the key elements of CrossFit, and these sessions are designed to help you feel more confident and capable when you see these lifts in regular classes.
