WHAT TO EXPECT
A warm welcome,
everyday
You’ll be coached every class and you’ll take home something new every day.
Focus on mechanics and improving consistency, before increasing intensity.
Understanding you, your goals and why you are here.
Small classes of never more than 4 people.
OUR PROCESS
1. ONE-TO-ONE
Once you join, we'll have an initial one-to-one get to know you chat. We want to understand you, your goals, your motivation, your experience, your background, what your drivers are and what you want to achieve.

We want you to get the most out of your membership and by knowing you better we can make sure you do.

2. ON RAMP
For anyone new to CrossFit you'll take part in our On Ramp classes. These fun classes will introduce you to what CrossFit is, the movements, the jargon and the methodology. You'll get to meet other people joining Vastus and through the sessions you'll be introduced to all you need to join our classes.

3. CLASSES
You’ll soon be ready to join CrossFit classes. While On Ramp will give you the basics, a lot more development will happen in class.

All our classes are programmed for you. This means you never have to work out what to do, you won't get bored or plateau, you'll always be challenged, you'll try new things and you'll have a good time.

4. REVIEW
Every few months we'll review your progress. We want to see what’s going well and what isn’t. We'll measure this against any objectives we set and make adjustments for the next few months.


celebrate your
firsts
As an adult it is very easy not to celebrate the things we do.
But like our celebrated first steps, celebrating our successes as an adult is just as important. Celebrating them helps us see what we’ve done, how far we’ve travelled and sets us up for our next milestone.
So, every time you PR (Personal Record) or you do something for the first time, we want you to celebrate it.
That could be lifting a weight for the first time. It could be attending your first class. Or it could be your first pull up. You should be proud of that moment. So when that first happens, ring the bell and let the rest of the team know so they can celebrate with you!
